Heroes are made in America?

The second Captain America Trailer aired:

I am very curious how they will market this movie and what the eventual product will be but I am betting that the line about heroes made in America will be removed from the international trailers (also they have dropped the “Captain America”-Title in some countries and just call him “The First Avenger”)
