Do we finally have confirmation on Talia in TDKR?

Ever since the casting of Marion Cotillard and the mentions of Gary Oldman that The Dark Knight Rises would bring the story full circle one character has been discussed more than any other possible appearances: Talia al Ghul, daughter of Ra’s al Ghul who was portrayed by Liam Neeson in Batman Begins.

Now after an interview with child actress Joey King there might be the confirmation we have been looking for ever since Marion Cotillard stated that her character called Miranda Tate was not from the comics.
